Do you accept emergency dental bookings?
If you are in pain, we will do our best to squeeze you in at our Chatswood or Sydney CBD clinic. Please phone our office on 0402012082 to make an appointment.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer the full range of dental services, including cleaning, fillings and emergency root canal, and have over 20 years of experience serving the Sydney community. Please visit our Services page for more information.
Can a dentist treat bad breath?
In many cases, bad breath is caused by a dental issue such as gum disease. Talk to one of our experienced dentists about your concerns and we will help you to diagnose and treat the cause of your bad breath.
What is cosmetic dentistry?
Cosmetic dentistry improves the look of your teeth, gums and smile. The team at Lok Dentists provides a tailored approach, customising your treatment based on your needs and using the most up to date technology.
Can I claim a rebate from my health insurer?
Lok Dentists provides HICAPS, enabling you to claim benefits on the spot. Different insurers provide different rebates, so you may have to contact your provider to find out what you can claim.
Can I go on a payment plan?
We do offer payment plans, please ask our friendly staff for more information
Do you treat children and seniors?
As a family dental practice, we treat people of all ages and are able to provide reassuring, pain free treatment for children. We happily invite parents to join their children in the treatment rooms.
Seniors visiting our practice receive gentle treatment and thorough care.
I haven’t visited a dentist for quite a while, what can I expect?
Visiting a dentist doesn’t have to be a painful or nerve wracking experience. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable before conducting a gentle checkup and giving your our expert advice on the ongoing treatment of your teeth.
I don’t have any pain in my teeth and I brush twice a day, do I need to see a dentist?
The best way to prevent major dental problems is to visit your dentist for a checkup twice a year. We’ll be able to clean your teeth and advise you on any potential issues that can be treated without needing major intervention.
Do you have non-English speaking dentists?
Yes. Our dentists are multi-lingual and speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for the benefit of our customers.
